• Proficient in Excel, Word, Access, Outlook.
• Supervisory Experience

Aufgaben

• Menu planning and execution for the Senior Congregate Meal Program.
• Use the JCCs ordering platform and preferred vendors to order ingredients.
• Budget management: create and operate within budget for ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
• Recruit, train, and manage sous chef and kitchen volunteers; develop schedules and assignments.
• Work with Vaad to ensure Kashrut standards.
• Ensure health department standards and high cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with health officials to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
