Palo Alto Networks, Inc. seeks a Senior Managed Detection and Response (MDR) Analyst to detect and respond to complex cyber incidents across global customer environments. You will manage escalations, lead tactical shift operations, and work with the Cortex Platform.

This is a remote, shift-based role that covers multiple time zones, including overnight and weekend coverage. U.S. citizenship is required for this role; relocation is not necessary, and the team collaborates across geographies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SOC, Incident Response, MDR or managed security services.
• Hands-on with EDR, SIEM, SOAR, and firewall technologies.
• Strong understanding of cyber threats, attack lifecycle and IR processes.
• Experience with investigative tools such as packet capture, host forensics, and EDR.
• Able to collaborate with customers and provide clear remediation guidance.
• Willingness to work overnight, weekend and holiday shifts in a 24x7 MDR operation.
• U.S. citizenship is required for this role.

Responsabilités

• Own investigation and response lifecycle of security alerts across customer environments.
• Analyze endpoint, network, identity and cloud telemetry to identify malicious activity.
• Document findings and remediation actions for customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with MDR management to drive shift execution and workflow improvements.
• Partner with Threat Intelligence and Security Research to improve detection and response.
