Wade Trim seeks an experienced Project Manager to join the Construction Team in Michigan, overseeing MDOT-related projects across Bay City, Flint, and other locations. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, 10+ years of MDOT construction experience, and a PE license are required.

Strong writing, organization and communication skills are essential, with a focus on safety and client relations. The role requires self-motivation and collaboration with staff and clients to deliver quality CEI work

Qualifications

• MDOT construction experience of 10+ years is required.
• Professional Engineering license is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Administer contracts for MDOT and Local Agency Program projects across Wade Trim's Traverse City, Gaylord, Bay City and Flint offices.
• Supervise construction staff including field engineers and inspectors.
• Support business development and sales for CEI work with MDOT.
• Contribute to project proposals including positioning, approach, and pricing.
• Oversee project execution including scope, schedule and budget management.
• Manage resources to deliver projects on time and within budget, meeting client expectations.
• Provide constructability input to project design teams.
• Ensure field staff have safety equipment and training.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in project reviews.

Connaissances

MDOT construction experience

Professional Engineering license

Valid driver’s license

Excellent communication skills
