Wade Trim is seeking a Project Manager for our Construction Team, overseeing MDOT-based CEI projects across multiple Michigan offices. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a Professional Engineer license, with 10+ years of MDOT construction experience and strong collaboration skills.

The candidate will administer contracts, lead field staff, and support business development and proposal activities while ensuring quality, safety, and on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of MDOT construction experience required.
• Professional Engineering license required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts for MDOT and Local Agency Program CEI projects across Traverse City, Gaylord, Bay City and Flint offices.
• Manage and supervise construction staff including field engineers and inspectors.
