• Proven Oracle Utilities product implementation knowledge.
• Strong collaboration with customers across departments.
• Strong communication skills and change management knowledge.
• IT knowledge and business consulting practice.
• Strong business analysis, facilitation, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead orchestration of Oracle MDM solutions that meet client requirements.
• Document business needs and longer-range opportunities.
• Plan and manage fact-finding sessions; design workshops.
• Design and configure application software.
• Analyze requirements and define solution parameters.
• Lead design workshops and manage functional scope to reduce risk.
• Conduct business process analysis across impacted areas.
• Mentor and coach team members on engagements.
• Manage interface/ data conversion initiatives within projects.
