Job summary

HIKE2 is seeking a senior Master Data Management Engineer to architect and build the foundational identity and relationship graph for financial services clients. You will own end-to-end MDM, from data modeling to governance, with a focus on trusted master data and golden records.

Hands-on with modern MDM platforms, SQL/Python, and graph technologies, you will mentor a small team and collaborate with governance and CRM stakeholders to deliver scalable, auditable data solutions in a regulated

Qualifications

• Experience across MDM design, identity resolution, and data governance.
• Hands-on with enterprise MDM platforms and graph data modeling.
• Strong SQL and Python plus knowledge of Java or .Net for extensions.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end MDM architecture including identity resolution and graph.
• Build and maintain the golden record, survivorship, and trust rules.
• Develop pipelines to feed master data to consuming systems.
• Collaborate with governance, CRM, and source-system owners.
• Mentor a small engineering team and set repeatable delivery standards.
• Work with cloud data platforms (Azure) and graph stores (Neo4j/Cosmos).
