Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience working with technology and life sciences companies focused on venture debt.
Or High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience working with technology and life sciences companies focused on venture debt.
Advanced knowledge of capital structures, product positioning, evaluating risk and managing changing situations.

Responsibilities

Lead pursuit, structuring, positioning of the SCG product solutions with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Drive market, sector and competitive trends, and develop scalable go-to-market approaches.
Support the Group Head and coach Directors, VPs and Associates on projects and pipeline allocation.
Build relationships with venture firms and external funds to identify deal opportunities and engage opportunities surfaced by stakeholders.
