Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of venture debt experience with tech and life sciences.
• Advanced knowledge of capital structures, risk assessment, and market dynamics.
• Strong structuring and negotiation skills to close transactions with clients and investors.
• CFA or equivalent related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic decision making and deal structuring for SCG product solutions.
• Drive market expertise through analysis of trends, models, and sector insights.
• Support leadership on special projects and team development.
• Build internal and external relationships with venture firms, funds, and partners.
• Collaborate with Investor Coverage and Business Development to identify opportunities.
