Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. is seeking a Managing Director & Oxford Investment Fellow in Atlanta to lead the Diversifier Strategies program. You will oversee manager sourcing, due diligence, portfolio construction, and risk oversight across a multi-strategy hedge fund portfolio.

This is a senior leadership role with fiduciary responsibilities. You will source and evaluate new hedge fund managers, lead Investment Committee discussions, and mentor junior investment professionals while

Qualifications

BS/BA in finance, accounting, economics or related field required.
MBA and/or CFA designation preferred.
Minimum of ten years of investment experience with hedge funds and alternative investments.
Experience in hedge fund manager due diligence, selection and monitoring across multiple strategies.
Strong quantitative skills including performance attribution and risk analysis.
Proficient in MS Office and investment research platforms.

Responsabilités

Lead investment strategy design and manager sourcing for Diversifier Strategies.
Screen and evaluate hedge fund managers across strategy types.
Conduct end-to-end due diligence and prepare memos for Investment Committee.
Construct and manage diversified portfolio with risk controls.
Negotiate terms with managers and monitor ongoing performance.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Represent Oxford in meetings, conferences, and industry forums.
