Qualifications

• Experience with military systems design, analysis, build, and test.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical and professional performance of mechanical staff.
• Provide mentoring and salary reviews.
• Lead engineering analysis and resolution of routine problems in mechanical systems.
• Direct planning and development of qualified staff.
• Perform engineering work, document findings, and support testing.
• Demonstrate understanding of hardware systems, heat transfer, dynamics, opto-mechanical design.
• Assist in defining system engineering requirements and interfaces.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
