Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Controls, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Strong control systems background with plant modelling and controller integration.
• Proficient in MATLAB/Simulink and system-level modelling.
• Experience with MIL, SIL, and HIL workflows for real-time environments.
• Experience with MBSE methods, governance, and requirements traceability.
• Familiar with Git or similar version-control systems.
• Ability to collaborate across CAE, Controls, Software, Electrical, and Product Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own integration of system-level models across CAE, Controls, Electrical, Mechanical, and Software.
• Govern model repositories, version control, parameter management.
• Support MBSE governance, traceability, and model release processes.
• Deploy integrated models to real-time and virtual validation environments (Speedgoat-based HIL).
• Act as primary interface between CAE, Controls, Software, Electrical, and Product Engineering teams.
• Maintain MBSE tools, workflows, and repositories.
