Job summary

Datrose is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer (MBSE) to provide enterprise-wide systems engineering and integration support for the Intelligence Community. The role emphasizes MBSE and Digital Engineering to define architectures, manage interfaces, and ensure traceability from requirements to solutions.

The candidate will model systems using Cameo Systems Modeler, run simulations to optimize performance, and collaborate with government and contractor teams. TS/SCI with Poly is required.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and TS SCI with polygraph clearance required prior to start date.
• MBSE experience including system modeling with Cameo or equivalent tools.
• Familiarity with Digital Engineering tool chains and workflows.
• Experience with high-level programming languages (Python).
• Demonstrated engineering ability and project management experience.
• Experience collaborating with government, military, SETA and contractor teams.

Responsibilities

• Define system architectures and manage interfaces across complex systems.
• Maintain and evolve system models to ensure traceability from requirements to solutions.
