Job summary

Davidson's Warfighter Integration (WFI) is seeking a Senior MBSE Systems Engineer to build digital engineering capabilities in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on defining modeling strategies, interfaces, and system architectures for next-generation defense solutions.

You will develop Cameo digital engineering models, create DoD SE products, and work with experts across software, hardware, AI, and data fusion. Strong MBSE experience and DoD program exposure are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, aerospace, electrical, computer engineering, computer science, or related discipline.
6+ years of Systems Engineering experience on similar programs.
3+ years developing MBSE models using Cameo Systems Modeler.
Experience creating SysML models: BDD, IBD, activity, sequence, state, use case, parametric, requirements diagrams.
Strong understanding of Digital Engineering and MBSE principles.
Experience delivering DoW systems engineering products and lifecycle documentation.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Cameo digital engineering models in SysML.
Design system architectures, behaviors, interfaces, and requirements within MBSE.
Produce DoW-compliant SE artifacts per military standards and customer needs.
Perform requirements decomposition, allocation, and traceability planning.
Collaborate across software, hardware, cyber, mechanical, and integration teams.
Support technical reviews (SRR, SFR, PDR, CDR, TRR, SVR).
