Job summary

CA CI is seeking a Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) for Ground Systems to apply SysML modeling with Cameo, supporting data-driven decisions across armor, artillery, air defense, C3, and UAS domains.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, with Journeyman and Senior tracks offering 5 or 10+ years DoD experience, respectively, and a focus on traceability from architecture to program requirements.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Journeyman: BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology with 5 years DoD experience.
• Senior: MS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology with 10 years DoD experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply MBSE to develop and maintain SysML models in Cameo.
• Capture requirements, use cases, and system architecture with traceability to program requirements.
• Support mission engineering and integration of foreign ground force systems.
• Demonstrate modeling tools (Cameo, SysML) to assist customer requirements and mission planning.
• Create SysML diagrams showing data flows amongst system components.
