Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field required.
• Graduate degree preferred with additional experience.
• 10+ years of related experience in lieu of degree acceptable for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Leads MBSE tools and processes across the full Systems Engineering life cycle for rocket propulsion systems.
• Supports business development to incorporate MBSE content into proposals and capture new business.
• Mentors teams on MBSE practices and develops MBSE training across the organization.
