Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional systems engineering experience.
• 1 year applying Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Experience developing and managing system requirements and verification plans.
• Ability to develop traceability between requirements, code, and verification.
• Proficiency with MBSE tools Cameo, Rhapsody, or EA.
• Working knowledge of SysML.
• Strong cross‑organisational communication in a small team.
• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile software development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain system architecture and design models.
• Perform requirement traceability, impact analysis, and design validation.
• Support trade studies, system decomposition, and design reviews with digital artifacts.
• Provide technical direction and requirement transparency across teams.
• Manage requirements creation, tracking, flow‑down, and verification matrices.
• Develop test procedures to verify system requirements for sell‑off.
• Decompose system requirements and collaborate with distributed teams.
• Support development, implementation, and verification of mission capabilities.
• Participate in program milestones, customer meetings, and testing events.
• Conduct testing events of software solutions and document results.
