Job summary

cb5 Solutions LLC seeks a Senior Systems Test Engineer to drive MBSE and digital engineering across complex DoD/DOW environments, including RMF, STIGs, and Zero Trust integration. You will develop authoritative SysML models, establish interfaces, and ensure full traceability from concept to verification.

Work spans hybrid cloud, enterprise networks, cybersecurity, and platforms with collaboration across Government stakeholders and multiple contractors.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of general work experience.
• Must have 5+ years of directly related experience.
• Must have 6+ months in a leadership role.
• Experience with requirements development, decomposition, allocation, and traceability per INCOSE/OMG.
• Background in integrating DoD cybersecurity requirements (NIST SP 800-53, RMF, DISA STIGs).
• Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure (Windows/Linux, VMware, networks).
• Active DoD Secret security clearance; Top Secret eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead MBSE modeling to architect and trace complex system requirements across hybrid cloud, networks, cybersecurity, and platform domains.
• Develop SysML models, define interfaces, and integrate DoD cybersecurity standards in baselines.
• Maintain golden thread traceability from high-level capabilities to system baselines and verification criteria.
• Coordinate with multi-contractor teams and Government stakeholders; mentor junior engineers in SysML and digital engineering.
