Qualifications

• MS or MA in a technical or scientific field; substitution: BS + 4 years experience acceptable.
• 4+ years Systems Engineering experience with MBSE/Digital Engineering tools.
• Hands-on MBSE tooling experience with Cameo, MagicDraw, and Teamwork Cloud.
• Strong SysML syntax and ontology knowledge.
• Experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and JIRA/Confluence.
• Background in electrical, mechanical, software, or aerospace engineering.
• Excellent collaboration and communication in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Linux environment experience within an Agile process.
• Security Clearance: Top-Secret/SCI eligible; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Translate engineering constraints into SysML blocks and diagrams within SEM.
• Modeling tasks aligned with MBSE guidelines and DCM workflow.
• Coordinate mapping of model elements to external design tools (CATIA, PLM, simulations).
• Participate in segment-level Agile sprints with Lead Systems Engineers.
• Develop and map digital test cases in Cameo to system requirements (VV&A).
• Embed reliability and maintainability metrics into SysML for dashboards.
• Prepare and review modeling diagrams for design reviews with stakeholders.
• Maintain SEM configuration integrity and manage access within Teamwork Cloud.
