• MBSE experience using SysML and modeling tools (e.g., Rhapsody, Cameo) and mission modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mission Modeling and MBSE teams across programs and support modeling efforts.
• Oversee SEIT processes, cost, schedule, and technical quality for programs.
• Staffing, mentoring, career development, and engagement; collaborate with Talent Acquisition for staffing.
