Job summary

Wingbrace LLC is seeking a Model Based Systems Engineer – SR Level in Massachusetts, with on-site work 4–5 days a week and flexible start/end times. The role focuses on MBSE, system modeling, and data analytics, supporting government-grade software and hardware projects through full lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has a BS in a relevant field, 4+ years on product or systems engineering, and active clearance readiness.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Have a minimum Secret US DoD clearance; position requires a TS level clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field with demonstrable software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of product development or systems engineering and integration experience.
• Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering developing and documenting systems of systems using UML or SysML.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Referenceable, project-based teamwork experience.

Responsibilities

• Model complex system architectures using MBSE notations (UML/SysML).
• Program system parametrics and simulate performance with MATLAB and custom tools.
• Maintain MBSE artifacts, model interfaces, and tool updates through full lifecycle.
• Translate customer needs into model-based plans and evolve with new tech.
• Plan, design, develop, test, and integrate complex system solutions.
• Support requirements, interface, and architecture change management processes.
• Develop data analytics pipelines with data lake/warehouse architectures (Python, R) and visualization.
