Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking a seasoned Model-Based Systems Engineer to support NASIC-related programs. You will develop authoritative MBSE models and datasets using SysML, leading architectures and systems-of-systems activities in a multi-disciplinary team.

The role requires a Master’s degree in engineering or related certifications, strong SysML competence, and experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo, MagicDraw, Rhapsody, and EA. An active secret clearance is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Engineering or related certifications such as OCSMP, INCOSE CSEP, or PMP.
• Strong knowledge of SysML for modeling architectures and system behaviors.
• Experience with MBSE methodologies and tools (Cameo, MagicDraw, Rhapsody, EA).
• Ability to develop and maintain models, artifacts, and integrated datasets for complex systems.

The Scientific Analysis Operation (SAO) is seeking an experienced Model-Based Systems Engineer to support our customers at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) is a rapidly growing field in the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Communities. Required Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Engineering field or related certifications such as OCSMP Certifications, INCOSE CSEP, or Project Management PMP (among others)
• Strong knowledge of SysML for modeling architectures and system behaviors
• Proficiency with MBSE methodologies and tools (e.g., Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw, IBM Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect)
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain models, artifacts, and integrated datasets for complex systems and systems of systems
• Ability to analyze architecture and engineering data to solve complex problems, recommend solutions, and improve products and processes
• Experience with DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF), Unified Architecture Framework (UAF), or other architecture frameworks.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment, including internal staff, external contractors, and government customers
• Knowledge of SysML 2.0
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce and present technical documentation and artifacts
• Active secret security clearance

Required Experience

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages, including Java, C++, or Python
• Knowledge of aerospace/defense systems and processes
• Knowledge of modeling and simulation (M&S) tools and practices
