Job summary

KBR is seeking a highly skilled Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) to support the Air Force’s ABMS division. You will provide expert-level model-based systems engineering and test guidance to ensure interoperability across DAF BATTLE NETWORK and JADC2 interfaces.

The role requires building enterprise-level architectures, working in collaborations with military SMEs and program managers, and delivering solutions that unify several mission areas.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or higher.
• Experience with classified programs.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and develop products in Working Groups for ABMS system design and integration.
• Build understanding of adversarial kill-chains impacting US assets.
• Resolve issues related to system-of-systems integration and interfaces.
• Develop and maintain mission architecture interface requirements for ABMS programs.
• Perform cross-mission area architecture development using roadmaps and architectures.
• Evaluate trade-space and ensure requirements mapping across architectures.
• Develop architectures that consolidate functions into enterprise solutions to reduce cost.
• Collect, analyze, and report data from system-of-systems integration events.
