Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Senior Advanced MBSE Engineer in Tempe, AZ, to drive adoption of MBSE processes and tools across multiple aircraft programs. You will architect MBSE models, mentor engineering teams, and enable digital thread integrations between Cameo and other engineering tools.

You will report to the Sr. Systems Engineer Manager in the Controls Systems Integration group and operate on a hybrid schedule, with initial 90 days onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of Aerospace systems, control development or hardware/software experience.
• Strong knowledge of MBSE tools and SysML methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in training and mentoring MBSE principles.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain MBSE reference models and style guides in Cameo.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adopt MBSE processes and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support for MBSE tools.
• Develop and enable Digital Thread integrations between Cameo and DOORS NG, Teamcenter.
• Lead MBSE pilot projects and proposal responses.
