New Jersey Resources is seeking a WAM Maximo Developer (Work and Asset Management) to support and evolve its IBM Maximo EAM platform, ensuring reliable operations and scalable solutions.

The role covers developing and maintaining current and future state architectures, designing solutions, guiding teams, and collaborating with business partners to ensure that IBM Maximo is implemented effectively and securely across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and customizing IBM Maximo (7.x) EAM solutions
• Proven experience utilizing the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) to integrate with enterprise systems
• Strong expertise in developing complex, custom BIRT reports
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing workflow processes within the IBM Maximo platform
• Experience with cloud environments and DevOps practices in Maximo
• Knowledge of EAM/WAM and MWM in utilities industry is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Architect, design, develop, and support Maximo-based solutions across the enterprise
• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specs
• Develop and support integration interfaces with GIS, Oracle ERP, SAP C4C, and Clevest
• Design, develop, and support Maximo enhancements including configurations and reports
• Provide production support for incidents, data integrity, and interfaces
• Create and maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting guides
• Mentor and train team members; build strong relations with IT leaders
