Job summary

Enbridge is seeking an Advisor IT Application Services (Maximo) to support asset and work management with a focus on IBM Maximo/MAS 9. You will combine business analysis and technical expertise to enable end-to-end lifecycle support.

You will collaborate with business and technical partners, deliver enhancements, and provide 2nd/3rd level support while driving continuous improvement and knowledge transfer to teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of IT support, systems analysis, or business analysis experience.
• Experience with Maximo/MAS or similar asset/work management systems.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with field mobility solutions is a plus.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP Finance/Supply Chain, SAP Work Manager, SQL, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME and administrator for Maximo/MAS, including configuration, workflows, security, scripts, and reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into solutions.
• Support integrations between Maximo and Oracle ERP/SC systems.
• Design, test, and implement system enhancements and new functionality.
• Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support for Maximo and related systems.
• Lead upgrades and continuous improvement projects; develop docs and training.
