Computer Technologies Consultants, Inc. (CTC) seeks a Senior Maximo Application Developer to support a government contract in Annapolis Junction, MD.

This on-site role requires leadership in configuring and extending IBM Maximo-based applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has senior experience with COTS enterprise apps, security clearances (TS/SCI with FS poly), strong Java and SQL skills, and a proven ability to translate complex requirements into

Qualifications

Senior-level experience with COTS enterprise applications (ERP/EAM/CRM)
TS/SCI with FS polygraph clearance
Experience configuring, customizing, or developing enterprise apps

Responsibilities

Configure and customize Maximo-based applications
Lead design/implementation of Maximo solutions
Translate requirements into scalable configurations
Develop workflows, automation scripts, UI configurations, integrations, and security settings
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
Collaborate with analysts, infrastructure, DBAs and cybersecurity
Support upgrades, patches, and lifecycle activities
Troubleshoot complex application issues across environments
Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and security
Contribute to technical docs and design artifacts
Engage with customers to provide technical insights
