Job summary

The Building People is seeking a qualified Mid-Level Application Developer to support IBM Maximo delivery and other COTS technologies for a growing portfolio of federal, local government, non-profit, and commercial customers. This position is remote.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Maximo 7.x configuration and support concepts.
• Familiarity with Maximo tools such as Migration Manager, Workflow Designer, Application Designer, or Database Config.
• Foundational knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python, with exposure to databases (e.g., SQL).
• Interest in learning Maximo deployment practices and pursuing relevant certifications over time.
• Secret Clearance
• Full Time Remote with expected little to no travel.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering theory and principles to problems, usually under the direction of engineering staff.
• Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments; may require originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
• Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
