Job summary

Lumen Solutions Group Inc. is seeking a Sr. Maximo Administrator to lead complex Maximo upgrades, migrations, and MAS 9 deployments from Washington, DC (Remote). You will oversee architecture, integrations, and performance, coordinating across VMware/Hyper-V platforms and cloud-hosted environments.

The role requires deep Maximo expertise, WebSphere, Oracle DB, and strong technical leadership in large-scale asset management projects. Remote work within the US is supported.

Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience with enterprise asset management systems, especially Maximo 7.5 and 7.6.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite 9 and related architecture.
• Experience leading Maximo upgrade, migration, re-platforming, or modernization projects.
• Experience migrating infrastructure between VMware and Hyper-V.
• Strong knowledge of WebSphere, IBM HTTP Server, Java-based apps, and Oracle DB.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for multiple Maximo upgrade, migration, and modernization projects.
• Lead technical resource for Maximo 7.5/7.6 and MAS 9 environments.
• Support Maximo architecture, configuration, integration, deployment, and performance analysis.
• Lead re-platforming and upgrade of Maximo 7.5 to 7.6.
• Oversee migrations from VMware to Hyper-V and other hosting platforms.
• Design and review solutions addressing security, performance, availability, and operations.
