Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform Level III UT testing using MAUS on aircraft components.
• Analyze MAUS data to identify subsurface defects and corrosion.
• Interpret technical data and drawings to ensure reliable results.
• Document findings and maintain DoD/USAF compliance records.
• Interface with QA and maintenance crews to ensure inspection continuity.
• Calibrate equipment and maintain readiness per standards.
• Contribute to MAUS scanning procedure development.
• Support other NDI methods as qualified (EDDY current, etc.).
• Follow safety and hazardous material guidelines; participate in refreshers.
