Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Prague, OK, US is seeking a UT Level III NDI Technician to perform advanced ultrasonic inspections using MAUS to detect flaws in aircraft structures.

You will operate within the Aircraft Maintenance Group at Tinker AFB, ensuring compliance with DoD and USAF NDI standards. The ideal candidate brings hands-on MAUS experience and Level III UT certification per NAS 410 or equivalent, with the ability to interpret data, document findings, and coordinate with QA and maintenance personnel.

Qualifications

• Level III UT certification per NAS 410 or equivalent.
• Hands-on MAUS equipment experience in aerospace.
• Ability to interpret scan data and apply acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with aircraft structures and composite materials under stress.
• Ability to work independently or in a team on maintenance teams.
• Proficient in report generation and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Active Secret Clearance (or eligibility to obtain).
• Preferred: EVI certification or experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform Level III ultrasonic testing using MAUS on aircraft components.
• Analyze MAUS data to identify subsurface defects and delaminations.
• Interpret drawings and procedures to ensure reliable results.
• Document findings, generate reports, and maintain DoD/USAF records.
• Interface with QA and maintenance personnel to ensure inspections.
• Maintain equipment readiness and calibrate per standards.
• Assist development/refinement of MAUS scanning procedures.
• Support other NDI methods when qualified (EDDY current, PT, MT, X-ray).
• Follow safety, hazmat, and environmental guidelines.
• Participate in refresher training to maintain Level III certification.
