Job summary

Mathnasium is seeking a part-time Math Tutor at our Tacoma center to help students from kindergarten through high school build confidence and mastery in math. You will deliver instruction using our proven Mathnasium Method and work with a variety of students across grades.

Qualifications

• Strong math proficiency through calculus.
• Passion for math and working with students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• High motivation, commitment, patience, and enthusiasm.
• Classroom and/or one-on-one mathematics teaching experience is a plus.
• Desire to work through the entire school year is required.
• Previous math teaching or tutoring experience is required.
