Job summary

Mathnasium is seeking part-time math tutors to work at our center and help students from kindergarten through high school. You will deliver engaging instruction, assess progress, and adapt explanations to individual learning styles.

You will receive training in the Mathnasium Method, enjoy a flexible schedule, and join a team that values patience, enthusiasm, and a love of math. Previous tutoring or teaching experience is a plus, and all work is done at the Mathnasium Center.

Qualifications

• Strong math proficiency through calculus.
• Passion for math and working with students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• High motivation, commitment, patience, and enthusiasm.
• Classroom and/or one-on-one mathematics teaching experience is a plus.
• Desire to work through the entire school year is required.
• Previous math teaching or tutoring experience is required.
