Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a health-related field.
• Minimum 6 years global health and award management experience.
• Experience with multi-country portfolios and congressional reporting.
• Knowledge of maternal and child health interventions.
• Ability to work with Ministries of Health and donors.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with US government regulations.
• Ability to provide operational guidance and capacity building.

Responsibilities

• Provide program and activity management for awards implementing maternal and child health and nutrition programs in countries.
• Manage activities under awards and oversee selection, rollout, and monitoring of biomedical innovations.
• Contribute to the design and selection of new program instruments and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with Congressional reporting by preparing timely reports and briefing materials.
• Develop and disseminate operational and programmatic guidance, tools, and training materials.
• Monitor program performance, identify challenges, and recommend adaptive strategies.
• Document and share lessons learned, best practices, and recommendations.
