Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of community health systems and CHW program design.
• Experience implementing best practices to improve health outcomes through community health programs.
• Experience with milestone-based and phased implementation approaches.
• Strong skills in technical assistance, capacity building, and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks for community health.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide program and activity management for awards implementing community health programs in countries.
• Strengthen global technical engagement to identify, share, and promote best practices and innovations in community health delivery.
• Provide technical support to countries in designing, implementing, and scaling milestone-based transition plans for CHW integration.
• Develop and disseminate guidance documents, tools, and training materials for community health delivery.
• Collaborate with governments, donors, and partners to strengthen policy, financing, and operational frameworks for CHW integration.
• Monitor milestones, identify challenges and risks, and recommend adaptive strategies.
• Support reporting requirements, including briefing materials and Congressional reports.
• Document and share lessons learned and best practices to inform policy and practice.
