Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Systems, International Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience in program design, award management, and oversight of diverse funding mechanisms.
• Experience supporting program implementation in a government, donor, or international development context.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, strategic, and operational support for design and management of complex health program funding mechanisms and related award processes.
• Strengthen OHP’s ability to launch, manage, and transition new awards while ensuring compliance and effective implementation.
• Design frameworks, guidance documents, and other documentation to support new program instruments and award management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to support successful implementation and sustainability.
• Advise on award design and awarding processes to ensure transparency and alignment with objectives.
• Develop and disseminate training materials, SOPs, and guidance related to new instruments and award management.
• Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for Bureau leadership and stakeholders.
• Document lessons learned and recommend improvements for future mechanisms.
