You will execute complex test workflows, configure and maintain equipment, and translate findings into reliable, real‑world results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with mechanical testing systems.
• Proficiency with imaging tools and fabrication.
• Ability to execute structured test workflows and produce reliable data.
• Experience in high-risk or radiological environments preferred.
• Strong technical documentation and calibration standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot materials testing equipment.
• Execute test plans per ASTM standards or develop custom methods.
• Configure and validate test setups for repeatable results.
• Document procedures and test results for quality and traceability.
• Mentor junior Technologists and communicate findings.
• Develop testing fixtures and components.
• Partner with engineers to translate requirements into testing processes.
