Helion, based in Everett, WA, is seeking an experienced Technologist to support engineering research, development, and manufacturing through hands-on materials testing and precision fabrication. You will execute complex test workflows, configure equipment, troubleshoot issues, and communicate findings to inform design decisions.

You will mentor junior technologists, document procedures and results, and help ensure quality and safety in high‑risk or radiological environments.

Formación

• 8+ years hands-on experience operating mechanical testing systems and analytical instrumentation.
• Proficiency with materials testing equipment and imaging tools.
• Extensive fabrication experience: fixture design, assembly, and precision measurement.
• Ability to execute structured test workflows and produce reliable data.
• Experience troubleshooting complex mechanical and instrumentation issues.
• Strong technical documentation and calibration standards.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers to translate design intent into testing solutions.
• Familiarity with radiological environments and safety practices preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making in fast-paced technical contexts.

Responsabilidades
