Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with mechanical testing systems and analytical instrumentation.
• Proficiency with materials testing equipment and imaging tools, including load frames and microscopy systems.
• Extensive hands-on fabrication experience with fixture design, assembly, and precision measurement.
• Strong technical documentation skills with rigorous calibration and quality control.

Responsibilities

• You will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot materials testing and analytical equipment to ensure diagnostic readiness and high-quality results.
• You will execute test plans per ASTM standards or develop custom test methodologies with engineers for reliable data.
• You will document procedures, calibration activities, and test results with clarity to support traceability.
• You will mentor junior Technologists and translate data analyses into engineering decisions.
