Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related curriculum or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7 years related experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Liaison with management and team members to establish projects aligned with Continuous Improvement Objectives and vision of the department.
• Develop, coach and mentor problem solving skills; engage every employee in the value stream to sustain and improve the flow of information and material.
• Support global distribution centers; assist Materials Management in DRP planning to meet inventory demands.
• Facilitate development and execution of CI objectives in support of operational goals.
• Coordinate Lean implementation activities across all levels, including Kaizen events and improvement initiatives.
• Work with Finance and other departments to assess, track and report progress and financial benefits of CI projects.
• Coordinate and quantify improvement efforts with department staff and influencing departments.
