Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 7 years related project management experience.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge or certification preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and align with CI objectives.

Responsibilities

• Liaison with management to establish projects aligned with Continuous Improvement objectives.
• Develop, coach and mentor problem solving; drive root-cause analysis and corrective action.
• Support global distribution centers and optimize inventory planning strategies.
• Facilitate development and execution of continuous improvement objectives.
• Coordinate Lean implementation, training, Kaizen events and related activities.
• Track progress and financial benefits of CI projects across departments.
