Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in purchasing & supply chain management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in SCM.
• Proficiency in ERP and MRP systems (Infor LN, SAP, Oracle).
• Knowledge of production planning and inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Site Materials Planning strategies to support goals.
• Align supply plans with sales forecasts and production schedules.
• Provide leadership and performance excellence for the team.
• Develop KPIs aligned to business KPIs for materials planning.
• Maintain relationships with supply chain peers and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Enforce material planning policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with procurement for timely, cost-effective materials.
• Lead material planning meetings and review plans.
• Communicate plans and forecasts to senior management.
• Track KPIs related to material planning.
• Mentor and develop a team of material planners.
