Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Lean manufacturing experience and continuous improvement mindset.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience with Oracle systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily inventory coverage reviews to ensure sustainable operations.
• Identify production gaps and develop creative solutions to keep production running.
• Analyze and approve expedited shipments for timely part availability.
• Train and mentor plant/materials personnel on best practices.
• Oversee work transfers and new product introductions balancing inventory.
• Spearhead projects to reduce work-in-progress and meet strategic objectives.
• Evaluate supply chain to resolve component shortages and delays.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory accuracy and reduce costs.
• Drive continuous improvements in material availability and transportation planning.
• Manage transportation and logistics costs while improving productivity.
• Support product launches by tracking new components for model changes.
• Work with quality teams to ensure inventory coverage and manage rejects.
• Lead safety, quality, cost and delivery improvements while upholding environmental compliance.
