Job summary

Hendrickson is seeking an experienced materials planning and production scheduling leader in Missouri. You will manage BOM planning, ensure raw material availability, supervise master scheduling, and drive on-time customer deliveries using CA-KBM and MRPII systems.

The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing with at least 5 years in supervision, strong analytical and communication skills, and APICS CPIM certification. Travel to other plants may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience with 5+ years in supervision in materials management.
• Thorough knowledge of MRPII.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Analytical problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage bill of materials and ensure material availability to meet forecasts and customer orders.
• Oversee master scheduling, shop floor scheduling, and kanban within CA-KBM.
• Control inventory, cycle counts, and WIP audits to optimize value.
• Support on-time delivery and supplier performance; coordinate shipping/receiving.
• Lead capacity planning, forecast-driven resource planning, and continuous improvement.
