Qualifications

• Material planning in manufacturing required.
• Strong MRP & supply chain knowledge.
• Experience with supplier management and cost reductions.
• Team leadership and change management experience.
• Lean manufacturing and Kanban knowledge.
• Cycle counting and GMP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure MRP data integrity and vendor files.
• Backup contact for system problems.
• Review requisitions and prepare purchase orders.
• Maintain procurement records.
• Discuss defects with quality and take corrective action.
• May serve as Internal Quality Auditor.
• Backup for QOS metrics.
• Participate on continuous improvement teams.
• MRO and PO entry and receipt.
• All other duties as assigned.
