Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Materials Manager responsible for purchasing, production planning, and inventory management across the site, aligning with the company’s Quality, Cost, and Delivery metrics. Fully onsite at designated Regal Rexnord office in the United States.

The role focuses on developing spend strategies, supporting new product development, and driving improvement initiatives, with strong emphasis on Kanban and ERP impacts on MRP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field, or commensurate experience, required.
• Experience in Production Planning within a plant environment preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Material Manager/Supervisor role required.
• Experience with Kanban process preferred.
• Experience managing suppliers of raw steel, castings, and ball bearings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plan to achieve supply chain objectives and identify spend strategies for the site.
• Support new product development related to purchasing and production planning.
• Maintain a material cost savings funnel aligned with company objectives.
• Drive identified and approved projects to completion.
• Manage sourcing projects and supplier performance via scorecards.
