Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a distribution or warehouse operations role.
• 4+ years of experience with Warehouse Management/ERP systems.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate across multiple functions.
• Proficient in using basic software applications including Microsoft Office.
• Possession of a valid driver's license; no suspended, revoked, surrendered, invalid, etc. allowed.
• No more than two moving violations, events, or accidents within the last 36 months.
• Associates Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field; or high school diploma with 6 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• No alcohol or drug event in which a vehicle was driven by the candidate or employee; BAC failure or related issues in last 36 months.
• No other MVR disqualifications.
• Possession of or ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials and equipment.
• Maintain inventory and cycle counts; transact in ERP systems.
• Ensure materials are shipped in a timely manner and comply with regulations.
• Coordinate with departments on receipt details and QC transfer.
• Support 5S and environmental health and safety procedures.
• Travel between Redwood City facilities and occasional overnight/weekend travel.
