Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a seasoned professional in Tempe, AZ for Manufacturing Operations / Supply Chain leadership. You will drive initiatives, influence stakeholders, and optimize processes across Integrated Supply Chain sites. A strong analytics mindset and ERP/MRP experience are essential.

Candidates should have 5+ years in manufacturing operations or supply chain, and be ready to mentor peers while improving schedule reliability and component quality. US citizenship required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive and execute new initiatives

• Influence functional stakeholders

• Process optimization and improvement

• Support Integrated Supply Chain sites

• Work with the factory team support to manage risk

• Identify supply and demand miss-alignment within a 13-week window

• Lead projects that drive improvements within the materials and supply chain teams

• Monitor inventory levels of components required to support the schedule

• Perform data analysis and resolve inventory discrepancies

• Assist in resolution of component quality issues

YOU MUST HAVE

• Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements

• 5+ years of Manufacturing Operations or Supply Chain experience

• In depth experience and expertise with MRP/ERP Systems
