Job summary

Dematic seeks a Material Logistics professional to support Grand Rapids, Plano, or Milwaukee locations. The role requires experience in material order entry, coordinating flow from vendors to job sites, and leading materials planning. Associate degree required, Bachelor’s preferred, with about 5 years in related work.

Responsibilities include KPI-driven updates, process improvements, and cross-team collaboration. Base pay range posted is $50,800–$69,580.

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5 years of successful experience in a directly related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a direct communication link with the controls engineering team for material order entry and processing of material needs for the job site.
• Coordinate the flow of materials and equipment from vendors to the job site.
• Review and plan requirements for ordering materials.
• Coordinate and control the materials planning function.
• Support bi-weekly team calls with KPI's, open issues and next steps for actions needed to ensure materials are ordered and delivered to site on time.
• Provide weekly updates on priority orders and assist in root cause analysis for risk/priority orders.
