Responsibilities

• Receives, issues, ships and arranges materials in proper locations.
• Provides centralized mail services and printing functions as needed.
• Inspects items for conformance with specifications.
• Maintains records, files reports and performs administrative duties.
• Assists requisitioners in preparation of specifications.
• Acts as liaison to purchasing agents and central purchasing.
• Coordinates with units to clarify policy and determine status of requests.
