Job summary

You will work with staff to ensure accurate stock data, assist with office moves/renovations logistics, and maintain key inventories on campus.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in shipping/receiving and inventory.
• Experience with chemical inventory processes across departments is desirable.
• Proficiency with data entry for inventory systems (Chematix preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of annual space, equipment, vehicle, and chemical inventories.
• Maintain accurate stock data and update Chematix inventory records.
• Oversee shipping/receiving and logistics for office moves and renovations.
• Maintain inventory of keys and coordinate with staff on inventory control.
